1. REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
Our company makes sure that all our products are packed correctly and carefully so that they reach you without damage. However, in some rare cases it is possible that the items may either be damaged during shipping to you, or you may receive a defective product. For these reasons please check the products carefully upon receipt. If you find any damage or a defect, then you can return the product free of charge and we will send a new product. Finally, if the wrong product is sent to you, we will replace it with the correct product or give you your money back, if you wish.
2. CHANGE OF PRODUCTS
In case you wish to change your products, you can return them within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt without a return charge. The return to us will be made with the indication "Receiver's Charge" in the name of our company, with the transport ELTA Courier. The shipping fee for the new product is two (2) euros.
3. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
An order can be canceled in the following cases:

If your online order has been completed but not yet shipped, you can contact us and one of our associates will proceed to cancel your order.
